Gourlay Nutrition– Nutrition Coaching Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Gourlay Nutrition, a nutrition coaching business operating in the United Kingdom. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Provided
We provide personalised nutrition coaching, which may include:
One-to-one consultations
Meal planning and dietary guidance
Ongoing coaching via phone, video call, or email
Educational materials and resources
These services are intended to support general health and wellness and do not replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are 18 years or older, or have written parental/guardian consent.
You will provide accurate and complete information about your health and lifestyle.
You will consult your GP or specialist before starting any new diet or lifestyle changes, especially if you have a medical condition.
You acknowledge that results vary and depend on personal commitment and individual factors.
4. Payments
All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer.
Packages or sessions are non-refundable once services have commenced.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but any changes will be clearly communicated in advance.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where necessary and will provide as much notice as possible.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with your express consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching (e.g., meal plans, handouts) are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Gourlay Nutrition. You may not copy, distribute, or share them without permission.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our coaching services are educational and informational in nature. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
